Hi All at CFS, greetings from Blighty.

Passed my CPL the weekend, FIC starts on Mon next week.  2 years of hard work but well worth it and it all started at CFS in MZU with General Johan.

Hope you are all well.

Regards

Thanks Longdrop,

Happy days indeed!

1 week into the FIC at the moment and grounded due to 900 ft cloud base and torrential rain - again.  Not quite Garden Route weather here in Scotland.

Off to do another long brief, deep joy!

Regards to all.

Hi All,

Finished the FIC a couple of weeks ago, working weekends at a school in Manchester until I finish in the military next year.

Very keen to get out to Africa again, would love to get into the bush flying business, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks.

Hi all at CFS, new set up at FAOH looks great!

Just back from a period of bush flying in Uganda, which was awesome.

I start as a FI at Tayside Aviation in Dundee in a few weeks time having just resigned from the military.

Regards to all.

Hi All at CFS, hope all is well at the school.

Looks like the World Cup went well, England were shite as predicted of course.

Just a short update to let you know I have finally retired from the Marines and start full time as an FI with Tayside Aviation next month.

Still looking to move out to Africa eventually, Uganda was awesome, great bush flying - highly recommended.  I will post pics when I get chance.

Regards, take care.
